From our first contact, Paul has exhibited a through professional knowledge of real estate sales procedures. He has answered every question we have had. He assisted us in selecting a listing price we felt was fair to both seller and buyer. He assisted us in negotiating a sale price we were comfortable with. He assisted us in selecting the items on the home inspector's report we felt deserved correction. He followed through to completion of the closing procedures. He is still assisting us in disposing of items we don't want but need to dispose of. He has been a joy to work with and we will commend him to anyone we know who needs a realtor.

Paul is AMAZING!! We have used him to sell and buy/build. He does the most amazing marketing and photos for sellers. Our home was beautiful in person but OMG, the listing looked like a home out of a magazine. And when buying he is on top of it throughout the whole process, he truly goes above and beyond. He truly cares for his clients and his actions prove that. He is very personable makes this whole stressful situation easy as possible. Our situation was very odd and chaotic, to say the least, but he handled it with ease and made the process so much easier for us. We would 100% recommend his to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Paul was a pleasure to work with and obviously puts great emphasis on customer service. He is personable, professional and knowledge able. He was very patient with all of my questions and worked tirelessly to find a home to meet my requirements. In addition, when it came time to put in an offer and negotiate on a home, his experience and knowledge were invaluable. When you reach out to him, Paul always gives you the impression that you are his only and most important client. We had a very tight deadline between making the offer and closing which could not have been accomplished without Paul's help. I highly recommend him and wouldn't dream of working with anyone else.
